Need TransWarp DIP Sets

I just got a hell of a IIe deal (color monitor IIe, 2 disk II drives,
enhanced ROM set, ENVOY SSC clone, TransWarp).  Seems that I do
my homework sometimes on machines, and it pays off.  Got the whole
thing for $100.

Anyway, I think the TransWarp (original model, self-test says 3.3MHz)
is running at 1.7MHz speed, and I can't change it up or down.  Does
anyone have the DIP switch settings of this?  What key can I hold
down at boot-time to make the computer run at normal speed?
