That would great thanks. I took a look at the schematic you sent - its
amazingly simple! Thanks for that (Thanks too Bill). Im really
suprised thats its so strait forward. I finally located a VHDL block
that performs the task of the AY-3-8910. Its actually called a YM2419,
but claims to be compatible. It was written by MikeJ and he did so as
part of his FPGA arcade project. I ported both frogger and scramble
arcade versions to carte blanche (which can be downloaded now) and
tested the audio performance, and its nothing short of top notch!
(mind the pun :). Since seeing what the circuit consists of, it should
be no problem to knock up a mocking board for CB - now, its just a
matter of finding their test floppies and getting them in .NIB format!
