First of all, the emulator only supports 5.25 disks. The way you convert disks
is to read the disk sector by sector starting at track 0 sector 0 and going
up to track 34 sector 15. You write the data into a file in this precise order.
The emulator comes with some BASIC program that reads disks and transfers the
data through a serial connection, or so it says. I don't use DOS for anything
useful so I wrote an assembly program for ProDOS to do the same thing. Since
my IIgs and Mac are networked I just save the file directly on a server volume.
One obvious thing to mention is that only non protected disks will convert.
