WordPerfect for Apple 2c &2e

A couple of years ago I purchased WordPerfect s/w for my Apple.
Unfortunately, I lost the template and called WordPerfect in Utah
to order another one.

Much to my dismay, I was told that they no longer manufacture WordPerfect
for Apple and there was no template available.  So, here I have a manual
and the disks and no template to follow.

Can someone give me some suggestions as to what I should try and do.
Can someone supply me with WorkPerfect Canada phone number or address
and I will try them.

Also, I understand there is a big software mail order company (I think
in New York) that sells Apple software.  It is VERY difficult finding
software anymore for our Apple and I would appreciate their phone number so I
can give them a call.
