Okay see okay see one day Randy Beaman's Mac was acting flaky so he
reinstalled the OS from the developer CD and it didn't put any System
Enablers on and so it wouldn't boot so he hooked the Mac's SCSI port
to his GS's SCSI port and hoped that the Mac wouldn't try to access
the bus 'cuz neither the RamFAST nor Mac support arbitration and he
copied the System Enabler from the CD to the Mac HD. _Using the GS_.
Okaybye.
For the Animaniacs impaired: Add punctuation to taste and
M-x replace-string Randy Beaman with Dave Huang
For the emacs impaired: :%s/Randy Beaman/Dave Huang
P.S. Don't try this at home, kids. This should only be done by trained
professional idiots. I ran Disk First Aid on the drive after I got it
bootable and it found an error. No data was lost though (whew!). I
gotta find the boot CD someday :)
