Program to xfer Apple-][-Disks (5,25" 143kB) via serial?

Hello,

the topic says most of it:
The program should run under DOS 3.3.
I'm desperately seeking for a program to transfer a WHOLE DISK via serial
line. I do have a Apple SSC (superSerialCard) im my old Apple][+.
It should read a disk sector-by-sector just like a copy program.
I find it quite hard to program it myself, since I'm quite off the insides
of the Apple right now.
The disks to transfer are good ol' 35-Track,16-sector,256-byte Disks (143kB)

I had a program called "ASCII-Express" in the past, but it's long lost.
I'm quite sure it only could xfer files (but at least that!).

I'd very much appreciate receiving a file or a "real" disk. I'll refund
every fee or so for that.
