TXT file splitter??? Need a copy!

I have a 12MB text file & need a program that will split it up into
several txt files (50k-100k smaller txt files). Someone I was just talking
to remembers someone posting this to the binaries. I need a copy. Any
suggestions of where to get it, FTP, BBS, etc.... or e-mail it over!
