Tool 69?

Just downloaded menuapp from cco. It contains a tool that supposed to
support pop-up menu on GS and it is called Tool 69. I discovered that I
already have a Tool 69 in my system tools folder!

Both of them are of different size, so I presume they are different. Does
anyone know what is the use of the other Tool 69? Or both Tool 69 are the
same? Thanks.
