GIF->3200??? on a M*c

This is really going out on a limb.  It's a highly unlikely prospect
I admit, but anyway...

Is there a Mac program which converts GIFs to the Apple IIgs 3200
color format?

I'm aware of the GS program which does this, in fact, I've even sent in
the shareware fee for it.
