THE REAL POINT IS: Matt was a programmer and engineer for Apple.  In this
newsgroup we discuss Apple II related items.  Matt's legal troubles can be
discussed in some other newsgroup.  What REALLY concerns us is how Matt's
'dilemma' will affect the Apple II and IIGS.  Period.
