Apple IIc help?

I have a very important question I need answered.  I am part of a dying 
breed who still own a Apple IIc plus (It works the same as a IIe).  I 
was wondering if anyone out there knows of any ftp sites where I can 
download a gif picture converter program. In addition to this I need to 
know how to download this file given that I have a program called 
Kermit.  I would be greatful for any help anyone is willing to give me 
in regards to this.  Please answer this letter by email if you can help me!!!
