   Dr Tom, if you remember, has create a number of outlandish,
blatantly false claims concerning the VAMPS disks (My challenge to
Auri still holds to you as well: If you feel that any song does indeed
validate the claims, post it to the net, and let us judge for
ourselves. ), which have led those of us who respect the science of
acoustics to dismiss Dr Tom, VAMPS, and by extension 1WSW as lunatics.
In addition, Dr. Tom has sector-edited a number of disks, such as
Platinum Paint, and ProDOS 8, and in my mind, seems unrepentant.

   In addition, many programmers have been turned off from 1WSW
because of claims such as these, and the fact that when 1WSW was
'formed,' it claimed a number of programmers as members, but we would
have no such truck with anything associated with Dr Tom, like 1WSW.
Like it or not, we programmers are a large voice on the internet
newsgroups, and once we are ticked off, we will continue to slam
1WSW at any available opportunity.

   Because of the actions of Dr Tom, 1WSW has earned itself a bad
name.  You may feel that enough time has passed to heal your wounds;
to others, once you have messed up, you are tainted for life. That's
why you should divorce yourself from Dr Tom at a minimum, and probably
change your name as well.
