I'm trying to help appleiigs users who may want to use Internet Relay Chat
as well as other Internet services, but I do not use an Apple II. (Mac box
here) Could anyone help me with fairly detailed instructions as to how to
access IRC with a2? Apparently there are different routes. I find some
people doing it with ProTERM directly into university hosts. Are there
other ways? What about for people who are far removed from universities?
