Extracting Problem?

Got ShrinkitGS.v11 off of GRIND, ran it through GSCII+ (no errors
reported), which produced GSHK11.SEA, a SYS16 Self-Extracting-Archive
file.  When I attempt to run this, I get an "ERROR 1104" message.
I looked up the error in my reference manual, and remember it said
something about a launch application problem (I don't remember the
exact phrasing).

I've never gotten a SYS16 SEA file before...  Am I doing something
wrong?  Is this an indication my copy of the file is corrupted?
