If it's small, round, has two leads that are soldered to the board and has
the numbers/symbols

printed on it with a solid stripe next to the writing then it's a 10
microFarad dipped tantalum capacitor rated at 10 Volts.  This is a common
part that can be found at most electronic stores and can be easily
replaced.  Check with Sequential Systems and see if it's still under
warranty.  If not, I can replace it for you if you cover shipping both
ways.
