Victoire control panel

Sorry about putting this in this particular newsgroup, but it is the most 
relevant to the subject that I have access to.
Recently, in the uni.tas, the Appletalk zone "CC Resources" has been taken 
off line and I can't get at it any more. I managed to get a copy of the 
control panel "Victoire!" before the server vanished, but the support 
file, a GEM (Game Enhancement Module) was removed along with the server 
before I realized that I needed it. Does anyone have a copy of the GEM 
, or Know where I could get one?
