	Ok.. now this is interesting.  I have a VOC.  I have had it
hooked up to my VCR for about half a year (so I can use my RGB as a
TV) but, I always thought the VOC was really poor in its handling of
NTSC signals.  After reading this thread I'm beginning to wonder if
something else might be up.
	Basically, my VOC has a real hard time syncing to the signal
that my VCR puts out.  Unless the picture is of a fairly decent
quality (no snow, etc) it won't even sync.
	Todd - You implied (if I read the post correctly) that the VOC
possibly has a way to turn on and off some sort of advanced syncing
capabilities or something?  (If this is the case, maybe it's disabled
on my VOC)  Do you have any idea what I would need to do to enable
this?  (I don't have the VOC programmers docs.. I had heard from
someone before that they were fairly useless.. but maybe not?)

	Anyone have any other ideas why my VOC doesn't sync to my VCR
output very well?
