Grappler + Info. Needed

While everyone is on the subject of Grappler +'s...

I recently purchased a second-hand "Buffered" Grappler +.  It works find under
system 6.0.1 with the Harmonie drivers for the Grappler + card and an Epson LQ
printer.  The only "problem" that the printing seems extremely slow. 
When I bought the card, I didn't get the manual, so I don't know what the dip
switches on the card do...

So what I'm asking is, Anyone with a Grappler + and the manual, could they
post/mail a description of what the dip switches on the Grappler + card do.

Mine are currently set to OFF-ON-OFF-OFF.  What does this mean, and can I
change the rate of data transmission from the card to the printer??
