I'm trying to move some files from an Apple IIC to a new MAC with
imcompatible floppies (5.25 -> 3.5). My plan is to connect the serial
ports on these machines using a null modem cable and then transfer the
files using kermit. The problem is that I don't have a comm program
on the IIC that will allow me to move kermit over the serial link.
I can load BASIC and I'm willing to type, so ... what I'm looking for
is a listing of a BASIC program that will allow me to move kermit across
the link using some simple protocol (xmodem, etc). If anyone has such a
beast, please email me a copy.

PS: Thanks to all who responded to my earlier post about transferring
files from the iic to the mac. I'll be sure to let you all know
how things work out.
