I just bought a used Imagewriter II Sheetfeeder (w/o a manual) and,
since I got it working just fine, was wondering if the Installation Manual
had any vital information. The Imagewriter Technical Reference Manual
mentions the Sheetfeeder's behavior with regards to two DIP switches and
some control codes but that seems to be the extent of relevant info.
