All this means is that the Commodore 64 version of the Koala pad saves
files in a different format to the Apple II version.  SuperConvert is
expecting the Apple II format.

I can't help any more than that.  Unless there is a program to convert
C64 Koala pictures into Apple II ones (which I doubt), you're probably
out of luck.
