Annoying AppleTalk Boot up Message

Calling all System 6 experts:
	I have a recurring message that comes up every time I boot up my //gs.  It
tells me that my appletalk connection is not as expected.  I have to press
the continue box to continue the booting process.  I have reinstalled the
entire System 6.01 to try to get a clean start but this has not helped.  My
System consists of 4 Meg Ram, AE TransWarp GS, Rom 1, RamFast SCSI Rev. 3
and a 105 Meg Quantum HD.  
	Can someone please provide some comments or questions that might help me
fix this anomaly which drives me crazy because the booting process won't
complete itself until I press the button part way through the thermometers
travel.
