NoisTracker 1.40 Upload

Recently there was a file posted to comp.sys.binaries named: NTGS1.40
which, when uppacked is 611K of "stuff."  Unfortunately, I can't figure
out how to use any of the files on this disk in a useful way to play
music. All of the "doc" files ramble on forever about coming events,
however, I want to know what to do with this file. (Easy there Ian,
none of your, "Doctor, what should I do with this rectal therometer?")

The only likely file was a huge Integar Basic program, however, I think
it was FAR too large to fit in any sort of BASIC memory constraints
that I am aware of and when booted kept wanting a NT file that was not
on the disk.

It would be real friendly if folks would include all of the doc files
for those "in the know" and also included a short and direct file for
those of us that are "in the know impaired," and had simple
instructions on how to use the darned thing.
