	Actually, it wouldn't avoid the copyright issue at all since
the copyright issue is a look 'n feel thing. (recall Apple suing
Microsoft)  Sure Microsoft made it through, but they also have lawyers
on staff.  And windows doesn't even look much like the Apple
environment.  If Bill was to recode the toolbox to make it look like
Xwindows or some other windowing system, then he might have a slim
chance at avoiding an apple lawsuit.  But then this is all a moot
point because we are never going to see the Avatar anyway IMO.
	Something more in the realm of possibility would be to get a
bunch of programmers together to work on a 65816 emulator (complete
with softswitches and all)  Given the existance of several II+
emulators, something on that thread is much more realistic.  You
probably wouldn't have any sound since emulating the ensoniq would be
no trivial task, but it'd still be a cool emulator.
