I haven't been able to get through (even ping) cco.caltech.edu all
week, although tybalt.caltech.edu seems to respond. An ftp to tybalt
directs you to ftp.cco.caltech.edu, which doesn't respond either.

   $ ping cco.caltech.edu -n 5
   PING cco.caltech.edu: 64 byte packets

   $ ping tybalt.caltech.edu -n 5
