My IIgs is messing up

I have problems with my ADB port:

At the bootstrap the keyboard buffer is filled with 'a' and to stop this I should
press a key.
After a while the mouse cursor slow down.
After some minutes the mouse cursor is moving without any control.

I have tested my mouse on a mac but it works fine.

Can somebody have hints or fixes ?
