Yes, I believe it does, but I don't know exactly how much. It's not a lot 
extra, because I don't notice any big jump in my monthly GEnie bill after 
I've used it. And you get a 10% discount on commissions when you trade 
through GEnie (over the standard Schwab commission rate).
