The .SDK suffix (as of the Apple II FAQ) is a "Shrunk Disk".  I never have ANY
blank disks lying around, so I just make a RAMDisk the size of the disk and
uncompress to it.  Then I copy the files from the RAMDisk to my Vulcan Hard
Disk.
