5 1/4" Apple text files -> IBM PC?

	I need to know if I can read a 5 1/4" Apple Disk on an IBM, somehow
pull the text files directly off the disk, and save them as IBM files, all
using only the 5 1/4" drive in a PC.  The blind user that I'm aiding does
not have access to any other device nor I.
