"MemoryTest.CL".  It is on the AppleWorks GS Utilities disk.  I'm not
sure if it was supplied with 1.0v2, but it definitely came with 1.1.

It tests all "fast" memory that the IIgs Memory Manager is aware of,
excluding banks zero and one (which are tested by the IIgs self test
anyway).

i.e. with a 1 megabyte card in a ROM 01, it would test banks $02
through $11.  In a ROM 03 with a 1 meg card, it would test banks $02
through $1F.  With an 8 megabyte card in either system, it would test
banks $02 through $7F.

As long as the IIgs recognises your card, MemoryTest.CL will test it.
