If you have any server volumes checked to be mounted at startup, the machine
will hang until you get a timeout if the volumes can't be found. You'll want
to log on to servers manually with the Appleshare control panel if the
volumes aren't always available instead of automatically. So make sure none
are checked in your Appleshare and that should cure it.
