Since 95% (or more) of all new subscribers include a note asking to start
off their subscription with Issue #1, I generally start out all new
subscribers with that first issue.

I have hundreds of extra copies of the first 3 issues, so that will be
standard operating procedure, until I run out of extra copies.

In addition to the resource guide in Issue #1 (the article about Apple Expo
West), all of the special money saving offers that have been offered in the
first 3 issues, with the exception of the offer from Seven Hills, is still
valid. And, since I don't plan on re-printing those special offers, but I do
want everyone to save money on products, I'd just as soon that everyone
start out with Issue #1.

In the past week, I have gotten emails from Jim Maricondo, Chuck Newby and
Cynthia Field asking me to tell readers that the special offers on their
products are still open to SSII subscribers.

Imagine that?

They want to sell you T2, ProSel-16, ProSel 8, and AW templates for less
money than your friendly mail order vendor sells those same products.

Moving right along....

Issue #4 is nearing completion. Approximately 50% of it is already laid out,
and I'm waiting to get several more articles back from my proof-reader at
the beginning of the week. Although I've been wrong before about how long is
takes to lay out the newsletter, it should be done and in the mail within
the next 10 days.
