MIDI Help

I've some MIDI dump files in my IIgs which I need to dump over to my 
synthesizer.  Is there any program that can do this?  I know Sys Ex can 
but the copy on grind is a 5.25 disk image which I can't unshrink (no 
5.25 drive).

Could some kind soul point me to some program which does MIDI dumps or 
upload a 3.5" disk version of Sys Ex?
