More colours is vry nice. You cn buy an Amiga for the price of the TurboRez  
and get more colours.  The GS needs a double scan'd mode. That is 640x200
scan it twice to give you 640x400, but not all points written to. It's just 
a hardware trick that has worked on other platforms. That and the time it
has taken to support the Ensoniq in a decent way are items to fix. As far
as the FTA I would argue that they did very little good for the GS, in fact
they were too distracting. A waste of time. Tools were always the way to go,
and for sound tool 35 gave people a gift.

If you simply double the scanning rate ( don't address more pixels) then why
would there be problems with QDII?
