CMS 64eg H/D

I have a friend that has a CMS 64 meg H/D that he was running on the
CMS SCSI Card until the card went out to lunch. I gave him a Apple
Rev C card and now it will only see 20 megs of the first partition.
When he goes to use the Apple SCSI utilities it will only let him 
split it into 2 20 meg partitions. I had 3 20 meg drives and was
able to switch to an Apple card from a CMS card with only having
to change ID and moving to slot 4. Any ideas short of putting
another CMS card in.
