As far as I know the Q-RAM GS will use 8-bit SIMMS but you'd have to talk
to Quality Computers about whether it will use the 9-bit SIMMS from a 386
machine.

I can't imagine _why_ it wouldn't since the last few pins on the SIMM
would likely be unconnected anyway, but you never know.
