I bet I can top that one:

Specs:  DEC 5.1gigabyte unformatted capacity
        4.1 gigabytes formatted (on a Sparc running Solaris 1, anyway)
        full height 5.25" (well, did you expect compactness??)
        10ms access time (or something close to that, I dont have specs yet)
        5400 rpm
        max throughput 10 mbytes/sec Fast SCSI2
        Price: $2437 from Andataco (THAT is .53 per meg!!)
        Not intended for use on an Apple II (unless you like REALLLLY
         big HFS partitions.

I just ordered one today, but I hear they are very nice, albeit slightly
more noisy than usual.

Andataco also mentioned that Micropolis has a 9 gig drive coming out in
the next couple months.  I didn't get a price on it, though...
