MPC AP-EP (PROM-IT) info needed

I recently received an MPC AP-EP Eprom programmer.  However, it is missing
the 'personality modules' (pre-configured jumper blocks) that let me use
EPROMs other than a 2516/2716 (the one currently installed in the card).

Also, the driver/utility software was missing (although the documentation
gives me all the information I need to write my own...)

Does anyone else out there have one of these?  If so, could anyone 
send me a description of the connections in the personality modules
for the other EPROM types? (the manual only mentions 2508, 2516, 2532,
2717, and 2732).
