Laser PC4 portable computer

Has anyone used a Laser PC4 portable computer (as mentioned in the July, 
93 issue of inCider A+)?  With a patch program, BridgeIt, one is suppose to
be able to transfer files from the PC4 to AppleWorks.  While it is bigger 
than the Casio Boss/Sharp Wizard, it is considerably cheaper ($449.00 
compared to $219.00).  What'ya think?
