Backup II 2.0 (and probably 1.0) bypasses ProDOS and does direct block
reads (and probably writes). It certainly does this on the backup
media, and for files with resource forks.

I suspect that Backup II will also support backing up a "Pascal Area"
(storage type $04) which is used with the Apple II Pascal ProFile
manager. ProDOS-8 cannot deal with this storage type either.
