hmmm...   Actually the zip requires a xcrystal oscillator which is four
times the speed of the processor  (the extra cycles are used for the
custom IC to determine whether the data is in cache or not).  So then you
need a crystal of 60 MHz to run your zip at 15 MHz (and so on).
