I was a beta-tester for Spectrum...for far too long.

It has some nice features and for $50 it is probably reasonable. Scripting is supposed to be TIC compatable (I didn't test that, though others did). 

One aspect that is, uh, interesting is that different emulations can use different video modes. I.E. PTSE emulation uses the text screen (as did VT100) but ANSI uses a graphics screen. I did not like the scroll back functionality and fought tooth and nail to just get something in. What it has is better than what was there before, though not up to ProTERM standards, IMHO.
