Apple //c to GS null-modem cable

Greetingz,
        I have a question regarding a IIc that i recently acquired.  It
was an older IIc which I now would like to hook up to my GS via a null-modem
cable.  I have taken it into the Apple Dealer for the rom upgrade to fix the
serial port problem, this should take care of any serial problems i hope.
 
        I have two questions:
 
1> What is the highest baud rate the IIc can use?  If i hook it up to the
        GS via a null modem cable will it be able to match the GS's
        19200 baud rate?
 
2> I am lacking the technical specs on the IIc, could someone please
        instruct me on how to build a null modem cable to go from the
        IIc's serial port to the GS's serial or printer port.
