  Thank you for all your replies, here's a little follow-up: Yes, I have
messed with ADU but it absolutely hates my HD. It doesn't recognize it!
I think it all has somehting to do with the SCSI card (old Apple SCSI card).
I'm waiting to see what the concensus is on the other fellow who posted the
Apple SCSI card product #'s.
   More interesting stuff: Connecting the drive to a Macintosh did not give
the result I had thought it would. The Mac didn't seem to recognize the drive
as being attached to the SCSI chain. Attaching the drive to Gateway 486 with
generic SCSI board, I saw the drive attached to the chain, and I could change
the SCSI device #'s by moving the jumper, But we didn't have a SCSI HD driver
so we couldn't format it to erase the current IIGS formatting.
   THings already noted: ProSel sounds like a wonderful tool. :) I'm still
shopping for any PD stuff though. All suggestions still being taken.
