ProSEL-16 HFS Update [repost]

This is a repost of an article discussing trying to get ProSEL-16
updated for HFS disks. The intention is to have volume repair,
optimization, etc. We realize that this would be an extensive prospect,
but the worst Glen Bredon can say is "no".

So far, the following people have expressed interest. Is there no one
else? I would like to add to the list and was a bit surprised at the
lack of reponse.

=================== original post follows ============================

I have no idea if this will be successful, but it's worth a try: I'm
going to email Glen Bredon and ask him to update ProSEL-16 so that it
works on HFS disks.

I thought it might be more successful if I were to include a list of
people from the net who would likewise be interested in upgrading
their copies of ProSEL. (Currently there are no disk recovery tools
for HFS available on the IIgs.)

If you are interested, please send me email to the the _first_ address
in my .sig (or auto-reply to this post) with the Subject: line reading
"Re: HFS Utilities" (which can also be achieved with auto-reply on
most systems). You are not committing to buy an upgrade, but rather
showing interest in buying it, should it become available.

Please ensure that your real name and email address are either in your
From: line, or in your .sig.

Thanks.
