That's a High Speed card. The old cards have a set of molex pins and a jumper
istead of DIP switches. Three of the switches set the ID and the other
determines whether the card uses DMA transfers.

Sounds like the ol' no terminator power trouble. It will cause a drive to
work on a Mac but not on a II. You already have the DMA card.
