Re: Patching Appleworks for a ][+

In a previous article, pbhoeffl@undergrad.math.uwaterloo.ca (Bret Hoeffler) says:

Plus Works by Norwich Data Services, Ltd., PO Box 356, East
Norwich, NY 11732-0356 is a patch for Appleworks to run on an
Apple II+ or compatible with enough memory and a shift key mod.
It works well for older versions of Appleworks. I have not seen
or heard of an update for Appleworks 4 yet. Unfortunately, you
cannot use Timeout programs with it. But it is still quite
functional. I do not know if Norwich is still in business. Back
five years ago, they had excellent technical support, when I
used it and had some problems.
