    As you can see from the mass of postings from me today, I'm just
getting caught up on news.  ;-)  I have absolutely no idea what could be
causing the problem, but *something* doesn't like part 4 of my Binscii
postings.  I noticed on the larger files, people said they were missing
parts 4 and 9.  If you count the description file, that makes file 5 and
10.  One day I'll post a 20-part file (the DE XMas demo maybe?) and see
if a pattern develops.  This really sucks, I know.  Dave Tribby doesn't
seem to have any problem (re: his Brandenburg postings), so I don't
think binpost is the problem.  Anyone have any ideas?  Am I saturating
the net bandwidth around my site or something?  I noticed Dave's
postings are only about 30 seconds apart.

    Because of the delay between the original and the repost, I'll send
the file in its entirety again (with a long delay between segments).
