Not a Miniscribe in the house... :) 
The fuse won't look like a fuse. It'll be a small black or brown rectangular
thing about 3mm x 3mm x 10mm (1/8" x 1/8" x 3/8") that looks a bit like a 1
Watt resistor, Its leads will be soldered into the circuit board. The best
(and slowest) way to locate it is to use a ohm meter or continuity checker.
Pin 38 on the 50-pin connector should go to the fuse, possibly via a diode
(which probably won't look like a diode, either).
