	This ones easy; you have most likely blown the terminator power 
fuse on the 20 meg drive. This will be a device that looks like a small
 glass diode or chip mount component generally located near the SCSI
connector on the drive mechanism interface card. I have repaired them
by soldering a new 1 amp replacement across the blown element.
